I would definitely come back just for the courtesy and friendliness from this business.
My son made an appointment to meet with a sales person after being told they were to busy to let him test drive the car he was interested in... And offer another car to test instead. So he made an appointment. Got there waited two hours while the sales person kept passing him up for older couple. Little should she know he is a college grad and currently in med school. Guess if you have a baby face they look past you.
Coming from CT, I was skeptical about coming to Long Island to find a car since it was a good hour or so out of my way.
Best of all, since the car was a 'no haggle', I didn't have to worry about being pressured about pricing. Ended up with the exact car I had been looking for without over paying!!

I have to share that I had a superb experience here at Hertz of Rockville Ctr. After getting the run around with another local dealer , Jerry and Jason assured me they would get me into the vehicle of my choice and they actually made that happen ! I unfortunately was back in the market after losing my brand new car last month :( but I'm so glad I met these guys and got the exact same car (just a different color & 2016) and for a price and rate I was comfortable with. They weren't pushy and they were very sweet! Office staff was friendly as well. I see a couple negative reviews but I can say my experience was the opposite. If you are in the market and even considering a fairly used vehicle, I definitely recommend these guys.
